This archtop guitar was recently on display at the Oakland CA Airport. The Oakland Museum of California curated the exhibit entitled “Music Makers”. The back of the guitar was carved from Big Leaf Maple.
The top is carved from Sitka Spruce and all appointments are ebony. The corner sound hole puts the sound closer to the player, while maintaining its projection and punch.
